Purchase Orders: All orders are accepted via fax, mail or email. Any changes must be faxed within 24 hrs. All changes/cancellations must be confirmed in writing and are subject to additional charges. When placing orders, mention item number, color, quantity, imprint color & imprint location. Artwork must be emailed and a hard copy of artwork attached to purchase order. Prices and specifications are subject to change.
Production Time: Standard production time is 10 working days for imprinted items and 1-2 days for unimprinted items. This is subject to availability. Please call customer service for larger quantities, import or custom orders.
Rush Service: If stock permits, can ship rush orders in 1-5 business days. Please call for rush charges.
Blank Merchandise: Take $0.14 (T) off the list price for all no imprint items. If ordering less than the minimum, no discount is applied, and order will incur a $20.00 (V) less than minimum charge.
Proofs: Actual pre-production samples available at $25.00 (V) for orders with one color, one location imprint. For more than one color, one location, please call customer service for pricing. Fax or email proofs available for $6.25 (V). Typeset straight line copy at no additional charge.
Imprinting: All imprint areas listed in the catalog and website are the maximum imprint area. We will use our best judgment in sizing logos to imprint area unless specified otherwise on the purchase order. One color, one location is included in the price. For each additional color/location, add additional setup charge at $50.00 (V) each, plus additional per piece run charges. Standard imprint colors are available at no charge. For PMS match, add $35.00 (V) per color. Engraving or debossing may also be available.
Repeat Orders: All repeat orders setup charge is $20.00 (T) per color/location, plus run charges if applicable.
Art Requirement: Please supply artwork by email in EPS, AI or CDR format for PC with type/text converted to outlines or curves. Supplied artwork must be clean. Quality of imprint will depend on quality of artwork provided. Please do not send any artwork with rough edges or lines. No fax artwork will be accepted. Artwork can also be submitted in a pc-formatted CD. Art charge to re-create your artwork is $40.00 (V) or to add text to logo is $20.00 (V).
Shipping: Orders are shipped daily through UPS, FedEx Ground or FedEx Express. Truck shipments are also available. Handling fees may vary and will be applied to all orders. Split shipments: add $15.00 (T) for each additional location. International Shipments: add $30.00 (V) for document preparation charge. We reserve the right to ship 5% over/under runs and bill accordingly. No additional charge for exact quantity; please note ‘exact quantity’ clearly on purchase order.
Sample Policy: All sample orders must be faxed or emailed. Sample orders under $3.00 (including shipping) are sent free of charge with a valid UPS or FedEx number. All other samples will be billed. Samples are nonrefundable.
Terms: Standard payment terms are net 30 to approved customers with an open account. All new customers are required to pre-pay their first order. For pre-payment we accept Visa, Master Card or Checks. Only checks are accepted for net 30 payment or past due payment. To set up terms, fax or email 6 credit references from ASI suppliers, as well as bank information.
